Terms of Service ( Comic)

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:• 1 to 2 revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
• 50% upfront payment before work begins.
• No total or partial refunds once payment has been made.
• All artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
• Prices may vary based on complexity, detail, and project scope.
• Payment is made via Wise/PayPal (USD). An invoice will be issued after project approval.
• Commercial rights (for use in print, merchandise, resale, or promotion) increase the base price by 50%.
• Comic page commissions include commercial rights automatically unless stated otherwise.
• It is strictly prohibited to use commissioned artworks for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain purposes.
• I reserve the right to share completed artwork on my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
• Estimated turnaround time is 2–6 weeks depending on the complexity and my workload.
• If the client cancels mid-process:The upfront payment (deposit) is non-refundable.Additional fees may apply if a significant portion of the work has been completed.
• If the project is completed and the client cancels afterward, full payment is still required.
• Clear communication is expected; delays in client responses may extend delivery time.

Terms of Service ( Graphic design)

1. Payment Terms
A [50%] upfront deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon final approval and before delivery of final files.Payment methods accepted: [PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wise, etc.].2. Revisions
Each project includes [3] rounds of revisions.3. Turnaround Time
Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work starts.Delays caused by late client feedback may affect the timeline.4. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, the client will receive rights to the final approved designs only.Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of the designer. I reserve the right to display final works in my portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.5. Cancellation and Penalties
If the client cancels during the project:The initial deposit is non-refundable. Additional completed work beyond the deposit will be billed based on hours worked or percentage of project completed.If the project is completed but canceled before final delivery:The full project fee must still be paid. No final files will be delivered until full payment is received.If I (the designer) must cancel for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be given.6. Usage
The client may not resell, redistribute, or modify the designs without permission, unless specified otherwise.The designer is not responsible for any unauthorized modifications made after project delivery.7. Communication
Communication is conducted via [email, whatsapps, etc.].8. Confidentiality
All personal or business information shared will remain confidential.
